Caveat: the maps below are likely wrong. Please don't use them as examples of good concept maps. They're only shared publicly to document the tool's evolution.

First Try

Secret police - A concept map by LLMapper

A hierarchical map. The middle section that deals with methods is interesting but confusing. Use isn’t a concept; it should be rendered as a relationship.

Second Try

Secret police - A concept map by LLMapper

Much simpler. More accurate, but also less useful.

Third Try

Secret police - A concept map by LLMapper

Also simpler, but a complete failure. Verbs (relationship types) are rendered as concepts and the arrows have concept names. A total inversion.

Comments

The Wikipedia page has a long section detailing the history of the secret police in different countries. I was concerned that this would derail LLMapper, but none of the maps delved into that part of the page.

Changes

  • The label must be a verb.
  • Avoid redundant concepts.
